Today Year 3 graduated from the University of Children, it actually brought a tear to my eye when they were all capped and gowned, they looked fantastic, congratulations to all of you here are some photos from the event;
This half term we have been learning singing games, on Wednesday we learnt some songs that are to be sung while skipping or playing with a ball, here are Year 3 singing and playing;
Which singing game did you like singing and playing?
Last week Year 3 handed in their last learning log of the year, the learning target was to tell me something that really interests them. When reading them I learnt a lot, I learnt about loom bands, football, babies, dancing, 1D, dogs, to name but a few!
Here are some examples;
Emily chose chocolate, that interests me too!
My favourite is the popping candy marvellous creations, what is your favourite chocolate?
Year 3 have earned their beat for a treat treat, we needed to achieve an attendance percentage of over 95.6% for this last half term and we did, we achieved 96.5% well done Year 3!
So tomorrow (Friday 11th July) is our treat, we have decided that we are going to have an action packed day of sweets, pj's, toys, a film and a visit to the park!
All they need to bring is a toy and some sweets and pj's if they want, fingers crossed for sun!
Poppy
I am very proud of Poppy this week for overcoming her fears. When she took part in the sack race on sports day at first she was unsure, but she did it and really enjoyed it in the end.
Jodie
Jodie is a quiet member of the class who has recently shown her super talents in art, her drawing is amazing and a pleasure to look at. Please continue to show this enthusiasm!
