Mark is currently working for Leeds City Council helping to improve school dinners but has previously worked at The Queens Hotel in Leeds city centre and even got offered a job to work in Buckingham Palace, which he turned down!
It was an absolute pleasure having Mark in class and he taught us a lot about the life of being a chef.
